“75 Years of North Korean History: Kim Jong Un and Daughter Celebrate Anniversary – Xi & Putin Send Regards”

Kim Jong-un and his Daughter Celebrate North Korea’s 75th Anniversary, Xi and Putin Send their Regards

Recently, North Korea celebrated its 75th anniversary of the foundation of the Workers’ Party of Korea, an event which was attended by around 10,000 people, including ruler Kim Jong-un and his daughter. As expected, the celebration was banned from foreign media presence as well as from any foreign spectators in attendance.

The event was attended by North Korea’s highest-ranking government officials, including Kim Jong-un himself, his daughter Kim Jo-Yong, and an array of military personnel.

The celebration was preceded by several tributes to Kim Jong-un. The first was a tribute to his late grandfather, Kim Il-sung, who founded the party in 1945. This tribute, composed of several flower arrangements, was placed in front of a massive portrait of the late leader, as well as a second portrait of Kim Jong-il, Kim Jong-un’s father.

The celebration itself was illuminated with fireworks and music, as the crowd erupted in applause when Kim Jong-un made his first podium appearance. He offered several words of thanks and praise to those present, as well as a reminder of North Korea’s commitment to its socialist ideals.

The event was also marked by messages of support from several world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Both sent their congratulations and issued strong statements that they were firmly committed to strengthening their ties with North Korea, even despite recent tension between the two countries.

The celebration marked a rare moment of joy for the North Korean people, even amidst international tension. It’s a reminder to us all of the potential for peace, even in the most difficult and delicate of circumstances. Already, Kim Jong-un has begun to take small steps to open up his nation to the outside world, such as inviting foreigners to watch the celebration itself from abroad.

Regardless of our feelings toward North Korea, it’s important to recognize the effort to show goodwill and to extend an olive branch in these turbulent times. It may be small steps, but it’s the only way to start building bridges and making progress toward a more peaceful future.
