“Will History Mark This as America’s Most Trivial Presidential Debate?”

It is without a doubt that the upcoming U.S. presidential debate will be among the most important events in American politics for the foreseeable future. But will it be the least important debate in American history?

That’s a question that’s being asked on a lot of people’s minds after the chaotic first presidential debate between incumbent President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden. The first debate was filled with personal attacks, insults and a refusal to follow the debate rules, leading many to question the validity of all future debates.

But even though the first debate was an unmitigated disaster, it is unlikely that the upcoming debates will be any less important. The fact is, the upcoming debates will be critical to the outcome of the election.

The first debate was a political trainwreck, but it did succeed in crystallizing the major issues, and which candidate stands for what. Biden’s stronger performance in the debate was seen as evidence of his ability to effectively articulate his positions on a wide variety of topics.

The upcoming debates will not only be a test of the candidates’ oratorical abilities, but more importantly, of their policy positions. This is especially true when it comes to the issue of health care, which was the topic of the first debate and remains essential.

The upcoming debates will also provide voters with a much better sense of each candidate’s vision for the future. Voters who may have been turned off by the first debate could have a chance to get to know each candidate and their respective plans for the future more intimately, which could shift the dynamics of the race.

Ultimately, the upcoming presidential debates will be profoundly important in shaping the outcome of this election. They will be a critical opportunity for both Biden and Trump to articulate their respective visions and to convincingly make the case for why they should be elected.

While it remains to be seen whether the future debates will be any less chaotic than the last one, there is no doubt that they will be important in determining who wins the election. All eyes will be on the candidates to see if they can rise to the occasion and make a convincing case for their election. Far from being the least important presidential debates in American history, they could be some of the most pivotal.
