At least 21 people have been killed in a fatal bus crash near Venice yesterday. Local officials have revealed that the bus, which was travelling from Turin to Munich, crashed near the Alpine border between Italy and Austria.

The impact of the crash was particularly tragic due to the presence of a large number of school children on the bus. The bus was carrying 53 passengers, with 26 of them being children between the ages of 10 and 18.

Rescue teams were deployed immediately to the scene of the accident, and 21 survivors were taken to the nearby hospital for medical treatment. The survivors reportedly sustained injuries ranging from minor to life-threatening.

Local officials have not yet disclosed the exact cause of the accident, but they have confirmed that it does not seem to be related to any terrorist attack. The authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash, and they are expected to release an official statement in the coming days.

The tragic bus crash has sparked public outrage, and several politicians have expressed their grief over the loss of innocent lives. Both the Italian and German governments are offering their assistance to the families of the victims and the Italian Government has also promised to provide financial support.

As more details come to light regarding the tragedy, our heartfelt condolences go out to all those affected by this tragedy. We honor the victims and their families in these difficult times and pray that this tragedy inspires us to be a more vigilant and safety conscious society.
