“Say Goodbye to Boarding-Frustration: United Airlines’ Time-Saving New Technique”

United Airlines announced today a new boarding order policy with the aim of saving time and reducing customer frustration. The new order will be organized as follows:

First passengers who need extra assistance will board first, followed by United Premier Gold members, United Premier Silver members, and then passengers traveling as part of a same-day stand-by. These customers should be in the boarding area and ready to board when their designated group is called.

After these customers have boarded, United will board groups 1 through 6 in order. All customers will be assigned a boarding order that will be clearly indicated on their ticket. Group 1 will be called for boarding first, followed by group 2, and so on.

Once the boarding order is announced, customers who are not part of a boarding group should proceed to the boarding area and wait until all customers in front of them have boarded. The last group to board will be the passengers in Group 6.

The new boarding order should result in a more efficient and orderly boarding process. United Airlines believes this new policy will help save some time for customers, and reduce the lines and hassle of boarding. The new system will take effect as of August 2019, on all United domestic flights.

United Airlines already offers several customer services and benefits, and this new boarding order policy is another way for the company to show its commitment to providing the best customer service possible. The company hopes that customers will benefit from reduced lines and a smoother, more efficient boarding process when flying on United Airlines.
