“Uncovered: The Largest Hamas Tunnel Yet Found in Gaza – IDF”

The Israeli Defense Forces recently claimed to have discovered the biggest Hamas Tunnel in Gaza yet. The tunnel was reportedly dug by Hamas militants to dig underneath the Israeli border and launch an attack.

The IDF spokesman, Brig. Gen. Ronen Manelis said the tunnel was seized in October 2018, but was only recently discovered. He also said that the tunnel was more than 3 miles long and was meant to be an entry-level into the Israeli side. The Israel Defense Forces said the tunnel was very deep, had multiple branches, and used extensive engineering and electrical work.

Manelis further added that the tunnel was equipped with electricity and communication systems, and the work of digging it must have taken an immense amount of time. He said the tunnel was discovered by IDF troops and was destroyed with an excavation machine and explosives. It is the largest tunnel found so far in the area, as per the IDF.

The IDF accused Hamas of building these underground tunnels to secretly sneak fighters in and out of Israel in for an attack. The army said it was their policy to block any attempts by Hamas to infiltrate Israel’s borders by building these tunnels.

It seems that Hamas is frequently working on its subterranean activities, which makes this discovery somewhat more crucial for the IDF since it has been able to detect these tunnels before they can be used for their intended purpose-to launch an attack against Israel.

This discovery marks a new milestone for the Israeli Defense Forces, as they’ve been able to detect the longest and most functional Hamas Tunnel to date. It was also found that this tunnel used an extensive amount of engineering and electrical work, proving that Hamas is working at a higher level of sophistication.

Overall, the discovery of this tunnel is a great success for the Israeli Defense Forces in its counter-terrorism operations against Hamas.
