“Biden Sharpens Aim at Trump: Jan. 6 Speech Kicks Off Focused Focus”

The commencement of 2021 saw the Biden campaign amp up its focus on President Donald Trump, starting with the address Biden made on January 6. Biden’s speech called out Trump for mishandling the post-election transition period, as well as for a series of executive orders that he made right before vacating the Office of the President.

The Biden campaign has seen a massive surge in support as a result. Biden’s speech was extremely well-received, as was its clear focus on calling out what many view as the negative aspects of Trump’s actions over the past four years. Additionally, the campaign has been bolstered by recent polling, which suggests that many people feel that Trump’s actions have been detrimental to US democracy and that Biden has a strong mandate from the people going forward.

Furthermore, the Biden campaign has capitalized on the increased focus on Trump by launching a series of ads which directly criticize his administration and which seek to draw a stark contrast between his and Biden’s approaches to both U.S. politics and the economy.

The Biden campaign has also begun to focus on the series of executive orders that Trump signed shortly before leaving office. This includes eliminating the DACA program and the transgender military service ban, as well as barring citizens of several Muslim-majority countries from entering the US. These executive orders are being seen as cautionary intentions by the Biden campaign and, as such, Biden has announced that he will overturn them all with executive actions of his own.

Finally, the Biden campaign has also been vocal in its opposition to Trump’s lawsuit against the state of Georgia. Biden has argued that the lawsuit is nothing more than an attempt to restrict the voting rights of minorities in the state and to overturn the will of the people.

It is clear that the Biden campaign’s increased focus on Trump is beginning to show dividends for the candidate. It is also clear that Biden is taking a strong and principled stand against Trump’s actions in the past four years, while also seeking to ensure that the US has a healthier and more democratic future.
